Still waiting for a response on what HSN is doing about the Flash Problem! Please Fix it! I have been playing for years and buy a lot of stuff on here..Some one should be able to Fix this Problem…where is the support???

Hi @annfeatherkat40, I’m really sorry for the inconvenience regarding the inability to play some games. We’ve escalated the concern and have to wait until our arcade vendor provides us with the updated games.

  Krissy, would you please, please tell me how to take off flash player. They said that our security could be compromised if we don’t unload it but nowhere does it tell me how to do this. Please I’ve been a wreck about this. I don’t want to get hacked & if I can’t get info on how to unload it, I’ll have to stop playing the games & shopping altogether. I’m afraid to even be on line now. Please let me know how to unload (or whatever the tech term is to get it off my computer) flash player. Being older & not tech savvy I really need help on this. They probably won’t do anything, just load new games that do not require it. Remember, Flash Players are “security-risks”. Note: Be sure you have: 1. A secure Wi-Fi modem; which is password-protected. 3. A secure Internet Browser. and 4. Change your webpage passwords every 30 days; or less if you know that hackers are trying to gain access to your computer.
