This site has become a complete JOKE.

B-RICH makes a great point question why are ads pop up after every game🤔

Along with that, black screens no tickets after playing games, fast clocks when playing, freezing screens and on and on.
Ever since HSN was purchased by QURATE RETAIL this arcade app has become🤮 I have emailed for 4 yrs using 8 different email addresses of QURATE RETAIL and HSN and not the 1st reply back, called them and nothing to discuss back. None of this was like that until QURATE RETAIL took over.

This whole company is a COMPLETE JOKE and I am sure many other players have noticed this too. And yes I clean my device daily, cache, history and all, restart, the works and continue receiving all the above issues with no help. Even the MODERATORS are at a loss but think they are great👎

Bottom line, QURATE RETAIL is sorry with ARCADE GROUP a spitting image.

All thanks to QVC when they purchased HSN everything went downhill. Apparently HSN isn’t listening to us customers and I have been one of their customers since 1990

Yes! And now I am having to wait 15 seconds for the game to even start!!! What’s going on???!!! It just sits there and “spins!”

I’ve posted previously that I switched to the AARP site – They have the same games.
You don’t have to be a member to play, although there are a few games reserved just for AARP members, but not many.

Everyone doesn’t have fast internet. There are so many ads running that when I try to play a game it hesitates so long my time runs out to fast to make any points.
Along with being annoying it is a nuisance and takes the fun out of playing.
