I received one of the Samantha Brown travel bags on March 31 and unpacked it. I examined it pretty well or so I thought. I went to use it April 17th for a trip and discovered the one zipper does not fully close. I am now outside of the 30 day return window so I guess I am stuck with the bag. Everything else functions well and I love the color just bummed out that I cannot return- exchange the bag now.

Hi @dco57, I appreciate you getting back to me, and I have set up a replacement order to be sent to you. You should receive it on or about 5/18. Go ahead and package the original bag up and you can return it at no cost to you with the return label it should have come with. If you need a label, you can print one out via your order status here on HSN.com.

i received the replacement bag today and while i really appreciate everyone’s effort to replace the bag, unfortunately it has the same defect as the first bag. I think that it’s best that I return both of the bags.I will use a return label from one of the packing slips, and place both bags in the box that arrived today and return it to you. Can you please credit my credit card for the original purchase price?

@dco57, so sorry to hear this! I’ve waived the cost for the EZ Return Label on the replacement, so it’ll be free to return due to the issue.
