Tracfone does not sync to fitbit
I spent half a day trying to sync Versa lite fitbit to my LG tracfone. Hosts sold it as working with any android phones and tablets. Finally went to fitbit official site and fitbit only works on smartphones of OS7+ phones. No tracfones that I can see! Sorry to say I spent over $13 to send back; when in fact if I knew the facts, would not have ordered this product.

I have a FitBit HR and Samsung Tracfone and am able to sync them. I would say to try and sync through the app rather than through the computer.

Since you’ve already sent it back, I guess you’re not looking for help. Next time, check whether your phone make (LG, Samsung, Moto, etc) is listed on the fitbit site. Don’t look for Tracfone — it wouldn’t be listed as a device. Also check whether your phone’s OS is Android 7.0 (Nougat) or higher.
