Missing package

I placed an order 11/19/2020 even paid for it to be sent 3 days early. No package left at my front door and I have cameras.I also asked my neighbors and nothing was left . I never received a response via email from Hsn yet. Ups told me to contact y’all. For I can not file a claim. Please contact me ASAP!

My order is missing. It says delivery method was UPS SurePost on August 18, 2021. What do I do now?

  UPS surepost is usually delivered by usps unless ups says they will deliver it themselves because they’ll be in the area. Ring your local post office. They can tell you what address it was delivered to and can try to retrieve it from an incorrect address.

I had the same thing happen only with USPS and through QVC. The item said delivered yet I never received it. I called my post office first which said they would speak with the carrier and look for the package. After almost 3 weeks and still no package I called QVC and they sent another out without any problem. I received the second shipment but the first is still missing in action.

If you still have not received your package, check on the status of your order which you can find under your profile on where you signed in. Under Order go to the picture of the purchase and click the number to the left of the picture. This will bring you to everything pertaining to the order. In the upper right hand corner is the UPs #. You can mouse on that to see where your order is. You can also post in Community to the Customer Service people. You would also get a faster response doing so.

If it’s any consolation, I have been waiting on at least 4 purchases from different websites. I have been informed that because of the resurgence of the Covid Virus, shipments are expected to be delayed. It is really impacting quite a few businesses which also includes FedEX, USPS, UPS, etc..

@saweetness, if you have the tracking number from your order status then UPS should be able to help you.

  I tracked the package through ups.com it said its been sent and delivered to the front door I have cameras nothing was delivered and usually when I order like from Amazon I get a picture but nothing was left. I guess i will wait a couple of days and then I’ll call customer service thank you for informing me
