Incorrect info given on the TS
Somebody seriously needs to correct those who are monitoring the HSN FB page. They are incorrectly telling people the Birkenstock TS sandal are not narrows when they absolutely are. There are 2 options on the Birkenstock website – Med/Narrow, which has the solid-filled in outline barefoot symbol in the footbed & Reg/Wide, which has just the outline of the barefoot symbol. Every sample they are showing has the solid barefoot (narrow) & the website gives no option to order anything else. This will cause people to have to return sandals & pay the return fee. Also, they are saying these are not discontinued sandals & are on the Birkenstock website. They may not be discontinued but they are NOT on the Birkenstock website & there is no other place to purchase them other than HSN. Please just be honest with your customers.

I agree. The Birkenstock width symbols can be a little confusing. I have a wide foot, so I am more comfortable in styles that have just the outline of the barefoot symbol (regular). I can wear the solid filled-in symbol (narrow), but I need to go up a size. They do not mention this distinction during the presentation, but they should. I suppose most people are medium width in a regular shoe, so they can wear narrow in Birkenstock comfortably.
