I ordered your TSV in boot cut! Well, first I was sent two of the same color, rather than the colors I ordered. BUT, that is not the problem! What happened to sizing here!!!! I ordered the same size of what I have been buying for years. In fact, I have even lost weight and was concerned they would be too loose. Loose???? The waist could not even close!!!! I’m talking 3 inches apart…the zipper couldn’t even try to go up!

I checked the reviews and there you go, people experiencing the same exact problem! So now the customer pays for the shipping when the vendor messes up. So unfair!!

And, this ridiculous rule that one is not allowed to make a review for 5 days till they get a feel for the item they received! We are not children here. I think if we are intelligent enough to hand over our money to HSN to purchase the item; we are intelligent enough to promptly review it! What happens most times is that people forget to got back in 5 days to make the negative remarks!

Iman, I was so happy to see you presenting…..please work with a company that can produce what your patrons expect from you.
