Extremely disappointed with HSN

This last month I purchased so many things and most of them went back. I never have had so much trouble with the fashions being so horrible. I bought Guilliana’s todays special and they were poorly made and looked so cheap and yet they weren’t. Marla Wynne’s clothing were strange because up till now, I’ve never had to send them back, but every piece was poorly made. One of the pants were even missing the belt that was supposed to go with them. One of the pants were two to three inches longer than the other exact pair. One jacket fit great the other exact jacket was far too small. What is up with that? The other thing is that everything looks like a wrinkled mess. I am along time customer however I think my HSN days are numbered.

Yes, this year I have moved more away from HSN and QVC. I bought nice Ponte pants from Quince brand. I bough jeans from both Kohls and Coldwater Creek (shipping was $20!). I did purchase two thin slub elbow length sleeves from Denim & Co on QVC. I am trying to stop purchasing so many clothes that don’t fit so I don’t wear them and didn’t return them. I no longer work so wear a lot of casual stuff at home.

The sizing issue and quality control is a huge problem on both QVC and HSN. I ended up keeping so many cute things from HSN that didn’t really fit so now I vow to “do better” in 2026.

I saw the kind of cute color block dress from Nina Leonard on last night and when the model turned around in the white backed one, I could see through the fabric. So that means thin, cheap fabric, which doesn’t really “glide over the body” as the hosts say. It does show lumps and bumps and underwear lines if the fabric is cheap.

Everytime I tune in lately, the shows are nothing but clothing or jewlery. The clothes are waaaay overpriced. I saw a tee shirt top yesterday that was $70.00. Are you kidding.
I used to watch for the unique items you did not necessarily find in stores. Not anymore. I barely watch, between the bad merchandise and hosts. I do give a shoutout to Kimberly. One of the best hosts you have. Her shows are intersting, informativa and funny.

This is very disappointing. I still have Terry Lewis fashions from years ago. Great quality. Same with iman global chic. I have switched to Susan Graver and Kim Gravel on QVC.

I must say, kudos to HSN for one thing. I got a notice about this post, that there was a post regarding negative comments about the quality. Surprised. HAPPILY. I want to know when things are not as good as they used to be. Do many people just and move on from shopping here. That’s what I’ve done for the most part, after being reamed for znot being 100 positive about the new hosts, which affects MY patronage. I hadn’t experienced the horrible things this poster has, but i see them coming. Qurate is not doing well, so they are cutting costs by cheaper stuff. It’s not working. Good luck, Qurate. You RUINED two decent shopping channels.
