DG2 by Diane Gilman New Classic Stretch Tie-Waist Taper Ankle Jean # 841-319

Does anyone own a pair of these jeans? I think the 30.5 tall length will work for flat shoes. I only have one pair of classic stretch. The pair I have is a tad big. People mention the waist is tight. I ordered one in my regular size & one a size up. I can always make them smaller. I am tall so I usually order tall jeans. Then I have to hem them because they are too long. I really would appreciate any advice you can give. tem # 841-319.
