Wrong item cancelation..

I accidentally removed actual item I wanted to purchase & ended up getting the wrong one, canceled order within 20-30 minutes. I am wanting to place the correct order and have it by Christmas.. How long until refund?

You will get a quicker response if you post this in the Customer Service thread within the Community.

Under the old management of HSN you were not charged for the item until it shipped. If you were able to cancel the order, you could order the correct one. If you wait for the refund, if there is one, it would take approximately 72 hours before you would see that money back into your account, thus, you may not get it in time for the holidays.
