Two orders still pending
Bought an iPad and used wrong payment method so I cancelled the order. Seemed fine until they took out $1407 from my account and I thought it was okay I could get it back in an hour. Bought iPad again using correct payment method and hsn cancelled the order 2 hours later and took the money out of my credit card. Contacted support in the morning and they tell me it was something fraudulent. I say okay, but then they say it was something fraudulent on MY end. I get extremely angry as to why that’s even the case and now I’m down $3000 instead of the initial $1407 and both payments are still pending on PayPal. Apparently they have 30 days to accept a payment. I was WILLING to spend $1407 for a good investment and I lost an additional $1407 and now I have barely any money to buy groceries or anything. You guys are trash and I will NEVER do business with you guys again.

That is a lot of money to be held up! I’ve been in a similar situation and know how frustrating it can be. I’m truly sorry this happened, @hsnscamming! When processing an order, we do authorize the payment with your financial institution. When they see this, a hold will be placed on the funds. Since both orders were canceled, the funds wont be taken, however the hold can stay on your account up to 30 days depending on your bank. I see that you spoke with us directly on 8/20 and we requested to expedite these hold removals. It has been processed as of yesterday, 8/21, so you should see these funds back in your balance within 3-7 business days. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
