Still waiting in a refund
Still haven’t received my $250.44 on a item I couldn’t use the flex pay option. I don’t understand how you all take the money immediately then say oh flex pay isn’t available to you. You all got the money right away why do I have to bend over backwards to get my money back? Stop saying it’s up to “your bank to release the funds” when they’re saying call HSN. Stop bull ting around and give me my money back. I’ll never patronize this company again.

I really am sorry to hear that your order was canceled, @tiara11. I’ve sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorization on your account. Sadly the time frame for when the funds become available is dependent upon their release of funds process.
