Please Refund Flexpay and Whole Amount of Order

I ordered some Bose Soundlink II Bluetooth Speakers on Flexplay and not only did it take the flexpay amount, but the entire amount as well ($199.99). I now have an overdraft fee in my account. When can I expect a full refund?

I’m assuming you used a debit card for the purchase, I personally would never order anything from a shopping channel or online with a debit card. I would indeed make sure HSN pays the over draft fee, it is their error. I know mistakes happen and they should pay for it.

If this was HSN’s error (and it sounds like it was) you can ask HSN to reimburse you the overdraft fee. You should also call your bank so they can advise you on how this should be handled which is probably the best thing to do.
