I’m sorry your order was canceled. We didn’t collect the funds from the bank and we will not collect them. When the order is canceled we automatically send them a “release of funds” letting them know we won’t complete the order. It should be within 3-7 business days, usually less, but I would contact the card’s customer service to find out their specific time frame.
