Charge pending on cancelled order
I cancelled an order yesterday and the pending charge is still there. I need my money because I have other appointments. My bank said it’s not their place for releasing the funds. Can you please remove the hold you have on my 400 bucks please. You take the money automatically when the purchase is made but can’t refund or remove the hold immediately when it’s cancelled?
how did it take to come back? I am on day 5
Hi @mone321, I have sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorization on your account. The time frame as to when the funds become available is dependent upon their release of funds policy. I would recommend contacting them for more information.
