CANCELLED ORDER

I placed an order and requested a call back due to NONE of the promotional codes worked! The 15% for signing up with HSN nor so the 20 off an order!!! To top it off my order was cancelled without a reason so I reordered and cancelled again with TWO HOLDS OF 98.96!!! So I call to question this and this dry not so friendly rep tells me why and it’ll take 72 hours for the hold to be released while trying to authorize a payment!! I WANT MY MONEY RELEASED so I can take my business else where! I will never shop here again and will be spreading the word!!

I am really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused @purdyme. I’ve sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorizations on your account. The time frame as to when these funds become available is dependent upon your financial institution’s release of funds process.
