Very Unhappy with Scudo & Son Steaks
I purchased Scudo & Son 8 count 6 OZ Black Angus Sirloin Steaks for $74.95. I wanted to plan a great dinner for family and friends, but was so embarrassed to taste the steak during the meal. The steaks were chewy with no favor. I am so sorry I purchased them as when I watched it being presented on TV they were supposed to be juicy and flavorful. How do I request a refund when the steaks were cooked and served ( left on my family and friends plates as uneatable). I had to make omelets to save the evening.
Please advise how to I get a refund. Wish the owner is advised as maybe they can change their source and come back with a better product.

Oh no! We are so sorry the steaks weren’t up to snuff. When you have a moment, let me know the order number and I’ll see if we can refund you. When you buy meat from us, we expect you to get quality flavor, etc. If that didn’t happen, we need to make this right.
