Super confused/Shaddy stuff in rtns/refunds!!!

Talked to cust svc today. 2 people 2 excuses. Re-stocking fee then superv says no but Im short money, 3 orders $23.89! 2 order numbers not assoc with my acct they say oh created new acct numbers to charge return shipping fee! What never done before or after those 2 orders they crested so now out $15.90!!!!
Never had these problems before, what is going on. Not refunded a dime!!!!! Another Order not processing & after all this told superv want to cancel that order immed. She said she will try, WOW!!!! Sad because I love HSN but if they are doing this kind of stuff dont want to shop here. So sad!!!!!! I have spent lots of money with them over the years but now they are just making stuff up to not refund what I am owed. Especially when the Assoc & Superv have 2 differny stories!!!!!!! Rip off!
