Still need help with delivery issues..

I requested help with 2 orders a few days ago. I still haven’t received those orders. Can we please resolve this issue? The bracelet is still in Clearwater since 3/8/25. And the eyeshadow seems to be lost. Thanks for your help resolving this situation.

    I’m really sorry for the delay, @ebony46. I understand how frustrating it can be when an item goes missing in transit. Unfortunately, the bracelet you originally ordered is no longer available in that color. However, we do have it in PURPLE TIGER EYE, if you’d like to consider that option. Please let me know if you’d prefer me to send this color or if you’d rather have a refund for the missing bracelet.

    In the meantime, I want to reassure you that your Signature Club A By Adrienne 3D Eye Collection is on its way and is scheduled for delivery by UPS on March 22nd.

      Forget the bracelet. I decided not to choose the Purple Tiger bracelet. I really don’t want the eyeshadow anymore either. It was ordered on Maech 3 and still no way to know where it is according to Order Status info.

    Hi @ebony46, I am so very sorry that the eye shadow is no longer wanted. Please, use the EZReturn label included on arrival to return this at no additional cost. Your return label has been waived. A refund will reflect within 3 days of arriving back to our warehouse. We truly hope that you’ll allow us another opportunity.
