Slow cooker stuck on "Initiated" status for the last 15 days.
Hello,
I ordered many items on the 12 of June which were shipped out around the 14t of June. All other items have arrived, however, the Slow Cooker has been stuck under the Initiated status since then with no further updates. Below I will show the only status we have displayed in our order:
Order: ******2925
6/14/2022 9:30:03 PM Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet.
On Twitter, I was informed there’s nothing anyone can do because the order is too far along but basically to just sit and wait. I need a slow cooker as soon as possible and this one was supposed to have been delivered by the 22nd.
Is it possible to actually receive an update as to what is currently happening with the order (whether there’s none in stock, etc.)? I just would like to know if I should go ahead and order another one in case this one won’t be actually shipped out by the end of the week.

This happened to me too. They then block my account. They tell me to contact them at later and later dates. The chat would freeze and the associate would ignore me over and over. Everybody has a different story. I would call and no straight answers to be had. Not impressed. I’m told they reported the order missing but blocked my account anyway. All you have to do is track it to see it wasn’t delivered and never would be.

I apologize for the delayed response, @uniquemami. I’ve issued the refund back to your original method of payment and you should see the refund of $29.94 in your account within 72 business hours.

I really am sorry for the delayed response and that you’re still waiting on your order, @uniquemami. Since you’re 15 days past the shipped date, I can either issue a replacement or a refund. Please let me know how you’d like to proceed.

Thank you for your response. If possible I would prefer a refund and I will just order another brand in case there’s an issue with Hamilton and shipping at the moment. It was purchased as a payment plan with our HSN card.
