I purchased item ITEM 615-679 with S&H: $3.50.
If allowable, may I please get a shipping price adjustment for free shipping, back to the original payment method?

Does this mean I am out of luck? I just want to know the perimeters so I know when to return something when it becomes available with free shipping within days of original order. I know for next time.
