This website is a scam. I bought 2 items from the website. I never got them. No confirmation. No transaction history. Nothing. Just deducted money from my bank account. And the listed company on my bank statement is a know scam website. I bought a storage rack. The website listed sells clothing only. Googles it and it is listed as highly suspicious website. I’m out $65. For nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM HSN. SCAMMERS!!!

I’m so sorry this has happened to you, @rocky3995. HSN will always send you confirmation, and orders placed with us will show HSN and your order number on your statement. We always want our HSN customers to receive what they’ve ordered from us, and we are always available to help.

Given what you posted above mentioning no confirmation, transaction history, and search engine findings of a “highly suspicious website”, it sounds like you did not purchase through HSN. We are aware of sites using HSN’s likeness, and do our best to report them. We ask our HSN shoppers to be vigilant by checking for the blue checkmark that verifies you’re dealing with the real HSN, and report these sites that are misrepresenting themselves. If you have a charge on your statement, we recommend you immediately connect with your financial institution to discuss next steps.
