Hey there,
I chatted with customer service this morning regarding order 1715510070. He said I did not have any orders. Then I get a charge on my bank for the order. I cancelled the order on the hsn my account area but kinda freaking out about getting my refund since the guy originally said there was no order. Please confirm this order is cancelled and I’m getting my $142 and change pending charge released. thank you

We’re truly sorry for any concern this refund has caused, @elalilyelalily2! When the order is placed, we authorize the funds and your bank places a hold on them. I’ve requested to expedite that release. It should be available right away but can take up to 72 hours.
