Refund The Pre Auth Amt
You denied my flexpay and still took two separate pre auths out on my bank account. I need those pre auths to fall off, it’s tied up almost 175$ of my money. It’s my money and I need it back, I cancelled my order as soon as it denied flexpay, release my funds on your end.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience the canceled orders are causing, @bclay4. I see that our system has already sent an electronic request for the authorizations to be released. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution’s release of funds process.
