
Refund request
Please fax an authorization release/reversal to my bank, so that the transaction does not post to my bank account. I placed and cancelled my order within a matter of minutes, but judging on all of the terrible flexpay order feedback, I need to be proactive in requesting the auth release. Thank you.

Hi @canadany. I’m showing the authorizations have already been reversed. The funds will be released based upon your bank’s policies.
