This is what the site states but I’m seeing more people getting denied price matches including myself recently. I love that you have this option and have appreciated it over the years but I’m almost wondering if I should just send back my 4 items for my 26.00 reduction since you won’t honor your own vague policy. Can we clarify please.

Hi @akxtratuff, we do have a 30-day price guarantee for items where their price has reduced. However, we also run item promotions (for instance a 25% off specific clearance items) where our 30-day price guarantee is not applicable as the promotion is reflected in the price and is not an actual price reduction.
Item and order value promotions are not applicable to price guarantees.

Akxtratuff, thank you for asking this question back in March of this year. It is the end of September, 2022 and I thought that I had some possible PRICE ADJUSTMENTS within the 30 day period. Krissy’s answer (lol) is sort of disappointing because the reduction in price of the items was due to their 25% off promotion that they are having at the present time apparently. However, thank you, Akzxtratuff and Krissy, because it is good to know and clears up any misunderstanding in regard to how price adjustments work. And, while it is disappointing, it is okay because I got some decent prices on the items (just did not want to “leave money on the table” … lol). I want to add that I am praying for Florida and all of you who live there. So sorry to hear what the weather is putting you guys through.

I was shocked to find out that autoship prices for items that I have purchased last month are not being honored per apparently new policy. I went i to my autoship manager and found out that item that i have purchased on autoship for $29 dollars will be $58 dollars on the next delivery. Nowhere in the presentation or during the order process has this been mentioned. That goes for all the autoships I purchased that day.
HSN needs to know that if you are implementing such a drastic change, your customers need to know about it. This is not ok for me to find out almost by accident, by checking something on my autoship page. A lot of people are locking the discounted price they cannot afford normally by the autoship (besides access to the product). It has been a practice of HSN for ages to have that available on special airings.
Being a long time HSN customer and purchasing a lot, I find this to leave me with a very bitter taste. Needless to say I will be canceling these autoships, and I recommend everyone to check their recent autoship pricing.
I don’t believe this is a smart business approach that will be in HSN interest long term. The only thing I feel good about was the customer representative I have spoken to, who was very sweet, who by the way found out about this new policy from her manager via inquiry on my behalf. I find this whole situation rather disturbing and question how HSN values their customers. Its like a bait and switch and waiting who will notice…

I was also a victim of “ the secret price increase on auto ship” how can something be one price and then be 3 times the price on the next shipment. The description of auto ship says you can lock in your price for future shipments. Clearly this is not the case. I called Cust service and they said they will not do anything but cancel the order for me. I guess customers are a dime a dozen. So disappointed in HSN.
