Price Adjustment Requests
Recently, I purchased: Heidi Daus Elegant Essentials Crystal-Accented Cord Necklace 3pc Set for $34.89 Item # 895-646. It is now $24.00.
I also bought:august & leo 9″ Jeweled Glitter Decorative Table Top Crown
for $17.43, Item # 874-850. It is now $12.00.
I have screenshots of the lower prices, if you need them.
Could I please have the prices (and tax?) adjusted for these items?
Thank you!

I have issued a partial refund of $8.71 for item 895646, and $4.34 for item 874850 that will be issued as $3.51 now and $0.83 (automatically) with the next flex payment for this item. The refunds will reflect on your method of payment within 72 business hours. Have a great day!

Okay, this is new and confusing. My original method of payment is my Visa.
“Would you like to receive a refund to the original payment method or spendable kash?”
If HSN is going to keep all refunds in-house, then explain that fully to customers. $12 is not going to break me, but I rather be in budget and not bounce a check. Just a heads-up.
A refund to the original payment method is not the next flex payment.
Thank you!

The first flex payment for item 874850 was $4.67 and included tax. The partial refund is going back to your Visa, but there was not enough billed in the first flex payment to issue the entire refund since we do not issue price guarantees from tax, only from the purchase price. We do, however include the tax billed for the refunded amount. For this reason the remaining $0.83 of the refund is automatically issued to your Visa after the 2nd flex payment is billed. I’m sorry I wasn’t clearer; I was trying to keep the explanation brief. I hope this helps!

We are sorry you did not get the lowest price when you placed your orders. Would you like to receive a refund to the original payment method or spendable kash?
