Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item
Here we go again. Order that are stuck in this status without any HSN action. This is the 3rd order in a row that’s stuck in this status. First order customer service said to wait 1en days and call back. Order was canceled & I said no to reorder. 2nd order for another product I called 5 days after seeing it stuck in preshipment. Cust service canceled! & reordered. Well the reorder is stuck in the preship status for almost 5 days now. This is all within the last 30 days. All items are cosmetics.
Why can’t this issue be resolved by HSN?
