This just happened to me also for 3 orders 8 placed if someone can give me a authorization code it’s been a week and I have 3 charges for products I haven’t received they even closed my account so I had to make a new one order numbers are 1955283907
The second one was order number 1955283908 and the 3rd order number is 1955283909 3 pending charges in my bank that’s says they’re waiting for it to be released from hsn… Ive also done a live chat and they assured me if it was canceled due to the fact they thought I was a fraudulent user for some reason they’d refund it in 24 to 48 hours but yet that hasn’t happened I can get anyone on the phone hold time is crazy and when I did get someone they said they were going to transfer to the fraud department to see what happened and they hung up on I literally just moved into a brand new apartment no furniture or anything and I spent my 700 on different items on hsn to now sleeping on the floor because I didn’t get anything I ordered it was canceled and I have no extra money to buy anymore furniture until hsn releases funds so please someone tell me what I should and I can’t dispute it until.the charges actually post it’s just been pending for days -
I am contacting a class action lawyer. This practice is not legal. They are with peoples livelihood.

Same thing is happening to me!!! It was immediately cancelled and my money is still not in my account! I placed my order Friday at 1:00 am was told since it cancelled I should have it at midnight Saturday. That’s a lie. Here it is Sunday, and my money is still not in my account!

Hi @mone321, I understand the need to have the authorization released from your account, however, posting multiple times within the HSN Community prevents us from assisting you as quickly and efficiently as possible as we have to ensure that we’re not duplicating efforts.
I have responded to you in a previous post within the community that I have sent an electronic request to your financial institution about the authorizations. The time frame upon the availability of the funds is dependent upon their release of funds policy and recommend contacting them for further information.

hello you also responded to my post with a copy and paste script. This is ridiculous and the multiple posting is so I can reach as many people. so many bad apples in the bunch I want to make sure it is released. I have 2 orders that was placed with 2 different banks both of which Is waiting for the cancellation release.

@mone321, please reach out to your financial institution regarding the authorizations as they have been released on our end and there’s nothing more, we’re able to do.

I have reached out to USAA numerous of times. They even said to ask HSN for the “authorization code for the cancellation so they can look it up. USAA never disappoints me and when I receive refunds and cancellations from other merchants it is immediately reimbursed. So back to HSN…. the problem.. Ms Krissy if you can’t be helpful move on and get me a manager who can resolve this. You reply back with no help. DAY 6 with the hold and this is absurd.
