Please give me back my money!
My order number is **********. On October 26, I was denied flex pay for a computer, but the funds were still taken from my account. How can you take someone’s money after rejecting an order?!?! How does that work. And there is no record of my order on the website or anywhere! My bank account is the only proof I have that the order even took place.
You guys had no reason to refuse my order anyway. HSN is a scam to steal people’s money! If you don’t return my money immediately I am going to escalate this and contact the BBB. This is wrong!

@markcraw We are so sorry for the trouble. We know how frustrating it is when a pending charge lingers. When you place an order, a pending charge is sent over to the credit card. The response from the card is then to either honor or not honor the amount. When I check the order number you provided, I see that the card did not honor the amount, and nothing should have been taken from your account. Depending on your financial institution, they may place a hold for a certain period of time even for charges that don’t go through. By this point, the pending charge you saw should have fallen off and the money returned to your account. Please let us know if that’s not the case and we’ll investigate further.
