Pending Charge
Tried to place an order but my card was a cash app card they took the money but didn’t place my order. Can you release my money so that I may place the order elsewhere

I’m sorry your order did not go through, @taleighanich. When an order is first submitted, the cost of the order (or the first FlexPay installment) is immediately set aside by your financial institution from the balance of your card. I have sent for a reverse authorization request. However, the reserved funds are typically released by your card holder within 3 – 7 Business days.
