Ordered flex pay 11-30-2020 still waiting on release to my bank they do it immed
I understand MAYBE 48 HOURS BEFOUR the money is sent back to my bank to be released. It has been now 68 hours the order was cancelled 3pm on 11-30-2020. So what do i do???? Im contacting better business bureau because my bank Chime said they release the funds immediately as soon as merchant releases hold. The order number is ***9298179. The amount is $162.86 for nintendo switch. I finally called my bank today to verify policy they said they immediatly release holds on funds. But they cannot until MERCHANT DOES.

I really am sorry for the length of time that has passed regarding the authorization on your account, @ashberlin.
