
Order got canceled and still have a pending purchase. Charged and no product?
Hello i recently ordered 2 phones. Everything looked good after i submitted but got an email saying i didnt qualify for flexpay BUT got charged anyway. Im mot sure what to do. My bank cant do amything till y’all release the hold. I meed the money to buy a new phone..
Kinda up a creek without a paddle now..

just wanted to post a update that amount was reversed in my bank account in less than 24 hours from my cancellation I will reorder today!! Thank you for being so efficient and fast and replying to my message in forum

I have a pending charge for a 3 pack aria video camera that I had canceled I should have done my research before just going by. A review I was told that it can take 3 to 7 days or up to 30 days I don’t understand why it would take 30 days which I’m upset because now I want the item and I don’t want to order it again and be charged again so I’m on a wait for it to fall off and reorder should I contact my bank or will it just fall off I enjoy using HSN so I don’t want to cause any problems by filing a claim

While we strive to release a pending authorization as quickly as possible when an order is canceled, we unfortunately have no control over how fast your financial institution processes the refund. Typically, most financial institutions will return the funds to your account within 72 business hours, but it can sometimes take longer. I encourage you to reach out to your financial institution for more specific information on your case.

@jpark, sorry to hear your orders were cancelled. I do show that a reverse authorization has already been sent to your financial institution to let them know we won’t be collecting the funds for the order. It should take them roughly 3 business days to process the reverse authorization and to remove the hold from your card.

I called my bank, turns out you guys only reversed one charge. They said you guys double charged me and only reversed one of the charges. They went ahead and gave me a credit for it. So dont worry about it.

I tried calling and the lady i talked to was nice untill i mentioned the hold. She kept cutting me off and telling me i had to wait. Thats all she would say and wouldnt answer any of my questions about it. So well umm thanks. This is probably the worst experience ive had buying online haha..
