Order cancelled
My two orders for laptops were cancelled but they still took my money and I haven’t gotten it back still this is is wrong you can just charge people before the order has even shipped and then never send it but still hold the money.

I’m truly sorry that your orders were cancelled, @kikimarie12. When an order is placed, we authorize your account. Your bank sees this and will place a hold on the funds. Rest assured, your funds should be released within 72 hours. I’ve sent a request to expedite this process.
