
Order cancelled!!
Why was my order cancelled? First time ordering and it just cancels it!! No explanation. The chat sends me to verification line which is supposed to be open at 8 am Eastern…is closed! Is this how they treat customers???

I’m truly sorry that your order was canceled, @trisha791! When speaking with our Verifications department, I do recommend leaving a message if you are unable to reach them. Rest assured, they will call you back, usually within 48 hours. While I am unable to see the reason the order was canceled, I was able to expedite the return of your funds. You should see this back in your account within 72 hours. I apologize that this was your first experience with us. I assure you this is not typical and we hope you’ll allow us another opportunity to shop with you in the future.
