Order cancelled, not given a reason please help!
Hello, never ordered from hsn via website. I made an account, placed my order, everything seemed fine. A few days later I get an email stating “fraud verification” and i needed to call. To be safe, i didnt call the number provided in the email because the email looked/felt unsafe/suspicious so i called the # directly on the website. A rep stated “everything was fine, & it seemed 2 orders were placed”(WHICH I KNOW WASN’T ON MY END (MAKES NO SENSE), after a few minutes the rep stated everything was fine, order was placed, which was placed via flex pay. I removed my card from the website due to the fact alot of breeches take place but I noticed they still had my card info so i assumed everything would be fine. A few days later I received an email stating “order cancelled” without a reason as to why. Any information as to why this happened, also how long until refund will be received? Thank you in advance

I’m truly sorry that your first order with us was canceled, @gloriasue. I share your disappointment and want to help. Though I am unable to see why the order was canceled, if you no longer wish to keep the card, you can speak with Synchrony Bank directly at 844-889-9676 for further assistance. We do recommend reaching out to our Verifications Team at 800-436-6767. This could be something as simple as a mismatched billing address so I encourage you to reach out. I apologize that an email option isn’t currently available. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with.

Hi, @milalop, I’m truly sorry for any confusion or frustration with your order. I completely understand your caution with the email. It’s sometimes hard to tell the real emails from the fake ones, these days. Thank you for reaching out to our Fraud department about this. I’m truly sorry that they didn’t offer a better explanation. Rest assured, a letter will be sent within 10 days that will include more information about this, and how to move forward. To ensure a swift refund, I have reached out to your financial institution to verify that the funds have been released. If you do not see them within 72 hours, please reach out to your bank directly.
