Order Cancelled – No Refund 72 hours later
My order was canceled without my permission. my money has not been refunded. It has been over 72 hours. Please advise when my money will be refunded.

@lau216 I’m very sorry we weren’t able to process your order on FlexPay. Please know this won’t prevent you from being able to order items on FlexPay in the future. Once an order is placed, we’ll put an authorization hold for the amount we plan on taking. When the order is canceled, the hold will normally stay for 3 to 5 business days depending on your banks policy.
