Order Cancelled for No reason?
– I have never used HSN before
I used it today to order my husbands Christmas present, paid with card, and got a confirmation number and email. The money was taken out of my account.
30 minutes later I got an email saying my order has been cancelled for no reason. I did not cancel this order and my money is still not in my bank account.
I want this order and do not know why it was cancelled.

dont trust this company, they will charge your card & make you think you have an order on the way, then cancel it without any communication. this really broke my heart.

Same thing happened to me as soon as I placed my order the TV was canceled it said flex pay wasn’t available for that item but still..But still charged my debit card for $ $169.83. And then it also charged me for the other two items I purchased on flex pay, then immediately cancelled my order afterwards saying fraudulent purchase. Then when I asked for a refund of my order, I spoke to a live agent. She told me that it would be refunded within three to five business days. Due to the fact that they cancelled it for fraudulent purchases, even though it’s my debit card, I can verify the bank’s everything. And it’s been over a week now and I still haven’t received my money back. When will I get my refund? I called my bank, they said they’re waiting for you guys to let it go. Other than that, I have to wait for it to fall off my pending charges. But that’s the total of $582 and some cents. Worth of merchandise that I paid for and now I’m in my apartment with no mattress, no bed, no TV, no nothing that I just moved into and no money to buy anything else because I spent it all on So now I’m sleeping on an air mattress that whenever I spent $582 for a brand new Mattress set. A TV. And a Bed set. Can you please release my funds so I can just go instore and purchase somewhere up front

Yea, this happened to me years ago. Had been a recurring customer to HSN for many years, and one day, after I ordered a product on flex pay, and my $ was drafted out of my account, they canceled it. When I spoke to customer service, I was informed that my credit was too low.(funny as it was the same score the entire time ordering from them). I felt so embarrassed and ashamed. But hey, HSN’s loss was a rival companies gain! Have never ordered another product from HSN since. Just give your buisness to other companies.

I ordered Beekmans body cream in the todays special size with the spatula for $39.99. 5 days later I get a message that my order has been returned. When I spoke to customer service I was told “sorry we over sold the item and do not have any available. I was so upset- why let my purchase go through when the item should have said “sold out “. . This has never happened to me. Not sure what’s going on?

I’m in the same boat, I’m not sure why my order is canceled. I want to know why my order is canceled, everything is correct from my side, even money got deducted from my account. Can you please look into my issue..?

This happened to me as well. I even spoke to a rep and she told me everything was fine. Few days later order was cancelled.. any reason why? And how long until refund is back in my account. Thx in advance

A letter will be sent to you within 10 days that will explain this further. Rest assured, you may still be able to use this option moving forward. These details and contact information for any additional questions you may have will be included in the notice.
I was able to reach out to your financial institution to verify that the funds have been released. If you do not see them within 72 hours, please reach out to your bank directly.

I really am sorry to hear that your order was canceled @bob1236. Your order was reviewed for FlexPay eligibility and I am sorry but you are not eligible for FlexPay on this particular order. This does not mean that you would not qualify for FlexPay on future orders. We have sent you a written explanation and you will receive that within the next 7-10 days. The letter will provide you some further guidance on this and with whom you may contact with further questions.
I’ve sent an electronic request to your financial institution to have the funds released. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution’s release of funds process.
