
Need some help with delivery issues..
Hi,
I hope you can help me with the following issues:
1. Order #2016806217 Ordered 3/1/25. Still in packaging. SCA eyeshadow
2. Order #2016950818 It’s been in Clearwater since 3/8/25 Green Tiger’s eye
bracelet
I think the bracelet is lost and I think the eyeshadow must be out of stock. What do you think?

I’m sorry for the delay, @ebony46! I’ve reviewed these orders and do see that the shipping date was pushed back. For the eyeshadow, it should arrive on or before 3/17. The bracelet is in Clearwater as of 3/10. While I don’t have an updated delivery date for this order, we ask that you give it an extra few days to arrive. If you still don’t have the order by the end of the day on Monday, 3/17, please let us know.

Hi Angela,
I still haven’t received the two orders we discussed last week. You’ll see the bracelet is still in Clearwater since 3/8/25 and there’s no way of knowing where the eyeshadow is as you’ll see in the Order Status isn’t saying where it is. I’d appreciate your assistance in moving forward on a decision regarding these orders.
