Need refund
Was charged for a flex pay order that was denied and still haven’t received a refund

I’m very sorry to see that we weren’t able to process your order on FlexPay @kristenbitk. Please know this doesn’t mean you won’t be able to order on FlexPay in the future. The hold should fall if in 3-5 days depending on your banks policy. I may be able to speed this process up and have them released by tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience.
