My package stopped tracking
My HSN package is due on July 20 it’s now July 17 and it hasn’t updated since July 13 according to UPS tracking. UPS is not helpful what do I do ?

My UPS package is not moving- all my previous packages from UPS move every day till delivery. What should I do?? Tracking number is 1Z0461F1YW88014832

I understand your concern, but don’t worry. UPS will update the tracking info as soon as possible. Nonetheless, we still expect to deliver your order no later than 5/3.

I’m sorry for the delay, @lovetoshopgirl! I’ve reviewed the order and see that it updated today, 7/19, at 1:03 PM ET. It is scheduled to arrive tomorrow, but please allow an extra few days for it to arrive. It’s possible there was a shipping delay. Rest assured, though, it is on its way.
