Live Chat keeps blocking my conversation w/customer service.
I purchased Item #727-396 on 1/27 & 1/30 at $14.95 each. They are now $12.20. I love “Live Chat” but lately I keep getting a “Timed Out” & no response. I would really appreciate an adjustment & try to find out why “Live Chat” is not responding. Thank you for your time & attention.

I’m back again since I can’t use live chat. I also found Item #410-299 that I purchased on 1/3 for $17.99 is now $13.49 Another price adjustment please to my account?

I gave the wrong price that i paid for Item #727-396 (2) in the original post. I paid $16.26 for each that are now $12.20. Would really appreciated the adjustment to my account.
