How dare you act like you and all those hosts pretend to care as they sell the items with lies attached ,here the Imman gown had true arm sleeves and nothing would be exposed ,Well tell the people who saw everthing my 81 yo mother showed the day she wore her flowing gown , I was enrage and to send the flock back would of cost more than the gown did , Why lie about the arms to begin with? this seems to be what the Hosts do say what ever it takes to sell anything ,They should be ashame ,and there should be a standard on everything and telling the truth should come first ……..I hope you take better care of us all asthere are to many options these day JcPenny has such great specials that show they truly care for their consumer and theit customer service could teach yours so much ……..
