Help! Please! Order cancelled !!!
I placed a 9 item order, gifts for grown daughters. Simply makeup. First time ordering. 7 went to packaging and two cancelled. I had even went ahead and paid December’s payment I believe on all it one. Then they cancelled the hair straightener I bought for my sister and it was being shipped to her. That order was cancelled as well.
I reached out to live chat. They said verifications team reached out tome but they never called or email. I know for bliss straightener when paying my card company declined two times me trying to process and pay for straightener, bc I have fraud alerts and bc so much activity they were blocking transaction until I confirmed me ordering which I confirmed then ordered that time around. Why did these orders need verification? Two why were t pending charges immediately reversed? This is all very upsetting.i can’t even reach verifications department bc it’s closed on Sunday! Now I’ll miss bf deals

What are steps to clear the account? Do I need to submit my id? Bank records? I don’t even mind. I don’t understand why most were fine and these weren’t. Only thing I can think is I have excellent fraud protection and my bank blocked two transactions when trying to order the bliss straightener until I looked in texts and accept yes they were authorized charges. But then you think they’d have denied them all. This has been upsetting. I’m not a bad scam person I even paid ahead on most for decembers payments bc I like to pay things earlier. What is this clearing proccess

I’m sorry your orders were canceled. Although the Verifications department is not open, you will need to wait to speak to them as a hold is automatically placed on the account that only they can remove. They’re closed now, but you can leave a message with your contact information and someone will call you back as soon as possible. Once they have cleared the account I would suggest calling in to speak to customer service to match any deals missed. The attempts to purchase will still be on your account so they will do their best to match them. I’m sorry I couldn’t do more to help right away.
