Funds on hold!!!
I was denied flex pay but HSN is holding my funds, WHY???? I need this money for Christmas…. especially since I couldn’t get what I was trying to. Please release my funds ASAP!

@christine1718 I’m very sorry we weren’t able to process your order on FlexPay. Please know this won’t prevent you from being able to order items on FlexPay in the future. Once an order is placed, we’ll put an authorization hold for the amount we plan on taking. When the order is canceled, the hold will normally stay for 3 days depending on your banks policy. I see we’ve sent your bank a request to have the authorization hold released at this time

I was denied flex then after you still take my money I am told you have to wait 3 days! You denied me and took my money!!!
