Flex pay was denied why?
I tried to place an order for two for bits (Christmas gifts) and it took the money off my car but i was denied. Why was I denied? What are some reasons to deny? Credit scores? That’s not fair. You have credit cards to do that for!

I completely understand your concern, @divaeva5. While we are unable to see the exact reasons someone might be declined, it usually comes down to using a pre-paid debit card, or the billing address not matching with your financial intuition. On Electronics and higher value items, a major credit card is required. As long as these conditions are met, you shouldn’t have any issues. Rest assured, if you are declined for any reason, we will send you a letter within 10 days to explain why. You can also reach out to us to request the hold removal be expedited. I hope this helps! If you have any additional questions, we are here for you. 🙂

Same exact response I just received after I got an email saying my 30 dollar order was cancelled!! I had to chat to see why since the email offered no explanation. If they are going to treat flex pay as “credit” they should make that very clear! I spent over an hour on their site looking for a gift to buy only to choose it, pay the first payment, only to get the email that only says the order was canceled. Its bs 😒 I surely will NEVER shop here ever.

I really am sorry to hear your order was canceled, @rae854. It looks like your order was reviewed for FlexPay eligibility and I am sorry but you are not eligible for FlexPay on these particular orders. This does not mean that you would not qualify for FlexPay on future orders. We have sent you a written explanation and you will receive that within the next 7-10 days. The letter will provide you some further guidance on this and with whom you may contact with further questions.

is there a way to see if you meet criteria PRIOR to paying so it does not hold funds ??
