Flex paid denied and STILL charged

I was going to surprise my husband with a laptop this year and figured I would do flex pay with HSN and so I put my card info in and then I was denied but my card was charged $368!!! That was almost a week ago and I still don’t have my money!!! I’ve tried calling and I’m told it’s a 4 hour wait. I’m so frustrated

I’m sorry to hear that your order was canceled, @whthfu. I’ve sent an electronic request to have the authorization on your card released. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution’s release of funds process.
