Flex is fake

Supper disappointed with HSN.
I just tried to order with flex pays . Tells me that Emmy order was approved 5 seconds late I get a email saying it was cancelled and that I would be receiving a letter within 30 days. My account was charged , and my money wasn’t refunded , but still withdrawn from my account. I’ve spoken to cCostumer care and they are a joke. They’ve stated that my money will be refunded . Why isn’t it refunded right away? This is illegal, not only will I be filing a complaint with BBB , I will also be contacting my lawyers.

Hi @jaay1107, I really am sorry to hear that your order was canceled due to FlexPay Eligibility. All FlexPay orders may be subject to credit verification by HSN. I see that our system electronically sent a request to your financial institution to request that the funds be released. The time frame to see the funds become available is dependent upon your financial institution and their release of funds policy.
