Customer service – Re: Price Adjustment
Hi there,
My apologies if this is posted in the incorrect place as this is my first time using the HSN community page to ask for customer service assistance (I always emailed and the service was quick and wonderful. I am completely disappointed that this is no longer an avenue for customer service and I can only hope that HSN reconsiders their decision). But, on to my reason for posting:
Customer Service, may I please have an adjustment on item #753-075? It is within 30 days and the new price is a price reduction, not a part of a sale discount. If you could apply the refunded amount to the original form of payment, I’d be grateful.
