I purchased this product to spot clean my carpets in the most walked on areas and as ling as you can keep the handle inside the brush it works great. Reached out to HSN who advised me to purchase some glue to make the handle stay in the brush. The other option is a $6 refund. My option- I’ll just return it due to the fact that the advertisement is a lie and I shouldn’t have to purchase anything to make it work.

It’s disappointing to hear that you’ll be returning the Tampico brush, @rravens. I see that we’ve waived the fee associated with the return label. Once we receive both the original and the replacement items back, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
